The Baseballs is a German Rock\\\'n\\\'Roll band founded in Berlin in 2007. They became popular with rock\\\'n\\\'roll versions in the style of the 60s of modern hits such as Umbrella by Rihanna and Hot\\\'n Cold by Katy Perry. The band members are only credited by their first names. Their version of Umbrella was a hit in Germany, Finland, Austria, Switzerland and Sweden and got into the charts in all five countries. The song was written by The-Dream, Christopher Stewart, Kuk Harrell and Jay-Z, and was produced by Stewart. It was released as the lead single for Rihanna\\\'s third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad.
