Creativity of this group of the Curbstone (northern suburb of Stockholm) is based mythology of Vikings. The first structure «Amon Amarth» included vocalist Johan, guitarists Anders and Olavi, drummer Niko and bass player Ted. Musicians have begun the activity with a writing of a material with a considerable quantity of melodies and harmonies, and also with texts about Vikings and the Scandinavian gods. In the summer 1993 command has gone in «Lagret studio» and has tried to write down the first demo, «Thor arise». However quality has turned out disgusting, and a film didn't begin to publish. «Amon Amarth» have continued rehearsals and in parallel prepared a new material. Hide review
